WHAT ARE ION'S?
If we all remember high school science class you will remember that all things are made of matter, everything you can see, touch or smell is made up of matter. Matter vibrates at different speeds creating different surface tensions, this is why cold hard steel is different from soft jiggly Jello. It is all made up of the same matter but it is vibrating at different speeds and harmonics. Matter is made up of Atoms and atoms are made up of neutrons and protons with negative and positive charges that in return produce a product called Ions. The ions are either positively charged or negatively charged. If they're positively charged then they lack an oxygen molecule and have extra carbon molecules. Now they know they are different and that they need an oxygen molecule so they set out to look for one destroying everything in their path to find one, but they can't find one, it's not until a negatively charged Ion with a base oxygen molecule inside of it shows up and sets it free. The earth accumulates these these Negatively charged ions through a dance it does with the atmosphere of the earth, Lightning strikes the earth approximately 8 million times a day, that is over 100 times a second, this in return charges these ions giving life to the planet, but we cut ourselves off from this natural force through modern living, it's time to get back to what is right under our feet, it's time to once again get grounded.
Positive free-radical Ions (cations) are found in major crowded areas like big cities. Air pollution, electronics, fluorescent lighting, exhaust fumes, toxic materials like carpet fibers and glues and some paints are all perpetrators for free radicals. These Radical ions compromise our health drastically as we are exposed to them on a daily basis.
Negative antioxidant Ions (Anions) are found in nature, dense forests, waterfalls, rivers and streams, after the rain, beaches and meadows. These Antioxidant Ions clear out radical ions and destroy them allowing nature to return to a balanced state where it can once again thrive.
